TV Writing III: From Outline to Pilot Script is a capstone workshop for writers ready to take their series outline to a polished television pilot. Students will transform their detailed story maps into professional-quality pilot drafts. The course emphasizes scene writing, dialogue, pacing, and character voice while incorporating table reads, peer critique, and guided revision. Students will also learn strategies for managing feedback, revising with intention, and preparing material for industry opportunities. By the end of the semester, each writer will leave with a completed pilot draft and a clear roadmap for next-step development.
Prerequisite: TV Writing 1 & 2
