Silent Film Workshop

Join us for a Spring Break Silent Film Workshop!

Trilith Institute’s newest workshop experience provides high school students with the opportunity to collaborate with one another in developing original short films without the use of dialogue and without capturing sound during filming of their projects. This practice will allow students to gain an understanding of how a compelling story can be told wholly through the visual aspects of filmmaking. By the end of the 3-day workshop, students will have created an original silent short film with their peers, and will have the option to enter their films for a premiere at Trilith Institute’s Script to Screen Film Festival on Saturday, July 20.
