DESCRIPTION:Get out of the classroom (mostly) and into the field with this hands-on tech scout experience at a real location at Trilith. Using a mock scene written for the site\, students will walk through the pre-production process with instructors acting as department heads—Director\, DP\, AD\, Grip\, Electric\, Art\, and more. \nTogether\,  we will learn how different departments needs impact the work of the Locations department: lighting setups\, rigging\, set dressing\, permitting\, protecting the property\, truck and generator placement\, and even neighborhood communication. \nThis workshop offers a practical\, behind-the-scenes look at what it really takes to plan a successful location shoot—perfect for students ready to step into professional-level problem-solving.
